【求助】網路廣播要怎樣做啊?

剛在"台灣eDonkey" 有個網友貼了個網址
可以用 Winamp 播放
他說是他自己架的廣播 每天晚上8點開播 10點收播
有人知道怎樣做嗎?
我也想玩玩 ^_^
