Acting as supernode does not open you more to hackers than normal Skype behavior. A way to tell Skype not to work as a Supernode is to restart it sometimes... (once a day)
If there was a feature to disallow Supernode function, then this could break the whole Skype network (no relayed connections possible anymore, meaning that a lot of calls would not be possible anymore) The only useful limit would be maximum monthly badwidth usage (for those with volume-limited connections)
