the Tor/Privoxy/(FreeCap) setting for browser and FTP breaking the block of the LAN
1. install Tor and Privoxy
2. right click the right coner's icon of windows(Privoxy)/Edit/Main Configuration
3. type "forward-socks4a / localhost:9050 . " without quotes in the first line of config.txt of Privoxy
4. save config.txt
5. exit Privoxy
6. restart Privoxy
7. IE's Tools\Connection\Local Network Setting\Advaced
8. use HTTP , Proxy:localhost , port:8118,and selcet "all communicate protocal use same proxy",choose "OK"
9. select "local network address do not use proxy" choose "OK" to save the settings.
10. same setting to "FireFox" and "Maxthon" internet browser
11. for FTP use SOCK4 ,server=localhost , port=9050
12. install freecap for other software that being blocked by LAN
13. freecap/file/setting/default proxy/proxy setting
14. server:localhost , port:9050 , select SOCK4 , choose "OK"
15. drag and drop the "Emule plus" and "BitCommet" to FreeCap's windows to break the block
