ASK a problem about WINWORD.EXE

hello,every one, i am grubby from BeiJing,it is the third day of me come to the new job,now meet a problem,a software that used to compare the word files can not work anymore,at fist i think it is the sofeware 's problem it self,i reinstall it ,but do not work, then i reinstall the word2003,the dialog box say that a virus named WINWORD.EXE is follow running, i stop install it,and i enter the safe mode to anti-virus,but can not get erasured,well,if anyone can tell me how can i do with this question,thank you a lot alot alot,
