Sendmail open relay problem

How can I block open relay? My client have sendmail email server got block because some outsider test it and found this machine could be relayed. I checked this machine and found there in nothing under /etc/mail/opne-relay.

Do I miss somethin here? Or there is otherthing I forget to check. Is someone can help me to solve the problem?
