我目前任職於某一家ISP
業務部分主要是處理SPAM，病毒，及HACKER問題
不過最近有一些東西必須要讓大家知道

我最近一直接到美國一些智慧財產權保護團體轉來的信函
如IDSA，DMCA等等....
表示說他們發現我們的用戶透過eDonkey再交換一些影片
而那些影片是屬於他們的版權（大部分是一些上演不久或未上演的西片）
因此他們要求我們去通知用戶處理
他們還可以列出IP，影片名稱，用戶的代號.............
甚至威脅如果不處裡就要封鎖我們的網路

這種事情真的很煩
我們ISP本來不想介入的說
後來想還是基於客戶服務的立場
通知一次客戶好了
至於若用戶仍不楚裡，導致對方採取法律行動時
我們在依法辦理就是了

因此常在逛一些論壇的各位
麻煩協助盡量將此篇文章轉POST出去
請大家小心一些
盡量不要用eDonkey交換影片等麻煩的東西
以免給自己找一堆麻煩
同時我也很煩

最近連EMI都湊一腳用這種方法抓MP3呢
唉，這些公司越來越不長進了
不爽就自己去告嘛
幹嘛來加重我的工作負擔啊

請問身為一個ISP工程師,如何知道user正在跑eDonkey(這個可能比較
容易)和正在交流什麼檔案(這個才是問題)

最重要的是,user只要換檔名就好了,你怎麼知道abc.avi是院線片還是
無聊男子自拍的XX片?

可以醬一來就無法被有效的搜尋到了.....
除非有論壇提供發表的地方......
不過醬的確安全多了......

當然囉！這類分享軟體都能查詢用戶的IP、分檔情況。
用過emule就知道了。那些業者弄一套全球搜尋一下證據就到手了。
就不信那些傢伙敢對大陸開刀
覺得台灣真像次殖民地，好的沒份壞的先倒楣
