connection troubles in win xp home edition( Boardband)

everytime i try to open the connection window in windows xp home edition it never opens. well it does but like 2 minutes later. is there anyway to fix it?it's the connection window to connect to my isp

to set a fake ip into ur network adapter to instead such like 192.168.1.1
then try reboot again, maybe this action will improve the seeking speed.

conankun Need Not To Know	to set a fake ip into ur network adapter to instead such like 192.168.1.1 then try reboot again, maybe this action will improve the seeking speed.
