請教一個關於exchange server的問題

今天剛裝置exchange 2003 server sp2 遇到一些無解的小麻煩
請各位大大幫忙解決
舉例我的真實ip位置為220.130.192.xx 在isp端dns已經指向正確的
ns.yyy.com.tw 和 yyy.com.tw
網站也可以看到 dns中也有設定好所以www.yyy.com/exchange可以看到web access

virtual pop3 (預設關閉) virtual smtp都有打開
現在遇到一個大問題...
我的信件可以寄出到同公司的另一個同事那邊
舉例[email protected] -> [email protected]沒問題
[email protected]可以寄到[email protected]
但是[email protected](也就是說外部信)沒辦法寄回[email protected]
會直接沒反應 然後信就寄不見了
請問這樣的話哪裡可能設錯

在外部用nslookup查一下DNS的設定正不正確，MX記錄是不是指向mail server！
另外也可以用telnet "mail server ip" 110 或 telnet "mail server ip" 25！

dnsreports.com中得到的紅色訊息(網址改成yyy.com.tw)
MX FAIL MX Category ERROR: I couldn't find any MX records for yyy.com.tw. If you want to receive E-mail on this domain, you should have MX record(s). Without any MX records, mailservers should attempt to deliver mail to the A record for yyy.com.tw. I can't continue in a case like this, so I'm assuming you don't receive mail on this domain.
Mail FAIL Connect to mail servers ERROR: I could not find any mailservers for yyy.com.tw.

emai那邊
Getting MX record for yyy.com.tw (from local DNS server, may be cached)... Got it!

是dns server問題嗎? 該如何修正?

現在mx record 不會顯示錯誤 可是還是沒辦法收發從遠端來或寄去遠端的email
只有local端的收的到和可以寄到

目前dnsreports.com查到的訊息
ERROR: I could not complete a connection to any of your mailservers!

yyy.com.tw: The mailserver terminated the connection before the transaction was complete (state 4). This is not RFC compliant, and therefore either due to an error, or it may be the result of a non-RFC-compliant mailserver or non-RFC-compliant anti-spam program.

If this is a timeout problem, note that the DNS report only waits about 40 seconds for responses, so your mail may work fine in this case but you will need to use testing tools specifically designed for such situations.

Alan已經幫忙過了^_^不過很奇怪的是....整台機器從新安裝問題就不見了@_@
alan已經在我msn中. 忘記說問題解決了

請問樓主你的Exchange Server 是直接接上Internet 還是有經過Firewall? 因為老闆一定要我把exchange 放在Firewall後, 目前我只有5個Public IPs, 你們是怎樣的架構, 能不能參考一下
