【求助】xp 的 vpn 功能如何使用才正確?

我用 xp 的新建連線精靈建立了一個 vpn 連線,
完成後輸入帳號密碼卻顯示錯誤800無法建立 vpn 連線...

FYI

Error 678:There was no answer.

Error 930:The authentication server did not respond to authentication requests in a timely fashion.

Error 800:Unable to establish connection.

Error 623:The system could not find the phone book entry for this connection.

Error 720:No PPP control protocols configured

但我不懂為何無法建立連線....是防火牆嗎還是其他因素??
若為防火牆引起,則我該開放的 socket 為何?
