【問題】要如何將文中的設定在ZoneAlarm裡

我在另一個論壇問到有關BT和防火牆問題
問說防火會不會讓BT速度減慢
對方回應是會 要把設定
但我不知道要怎麼設在ZONEALARM
如果有人會　請教我　謝謝

很久沒用 zonealarm 了，後當初經驗覺的這設定沒必要
要設的話，沒意外應該在要執行的程式上按右鍵會有選項
