Windows 95/98/Me 藍色當機畫面的處理

  在 http://www.pczone.com.tw/vbb3/showthread.php?t=92226 所討論的都是 Windows NT/2K/XP/Server 2003 等作業系統當機時的處理,但是 Windows 95/98/Me 也有當機的時候(而且可能更頻繁),卻不像前者有一套錯誤代碼可以查詢。由於 Windows 95/98/Me 的錯誤訊息比較沒有一套完整的編碼系統,所以碰到當機時,請盡可能完整地抄下螢幕上的所有資訊。

  微軟把 Windows 98/Me 的當機錯誤訊息大致分成以下六類:
Invalid Page Fault
Windows Protection Error
General Protection Fault
Fatal Exception 0E
Fatal Exception 0D
Kernel32.dll
  先確定一下自己碰到的狀況是屬於那一種,然後到 KB315854 - Windows 98 and Windows Me Error Message Resource Center (http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb;en-us;315854[/url) 點選該錯誤類型的連結,進去之後有許多微軟的 KB 文件,請再進一步確認自己的狀況是符合那篇 KB 的描述。雖然不見得可以 100 % 找到解決辦法,但比較常見的問題微軟都會有 KB 文件來說明問題狀況與解決辦法,這麼做總比自己或聽信其他人言還胡搞瞎搞來得好。http://www.compros.com/articles.html 也有一些錯誤訊息的分類與連結,不妨參考參考。
