if this is the firsttime you've seen this stop error screen,
restart your computer,if this screen appears agin ,follow
these steps:
check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed for any windows 2000 updates you might need.
if problmes contine,disable or remove any newly installed
hardware or software,Disable BIOS memory options such as
caching or shadowing terminated . If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components,restart your computer,press F8 to select Advanced startup options,and then select safe mode.

　　你原文的錯字不少，不過能辨識出 0x000000D1 就可以找到很多的資訊，再輔以其他的文字說明及錯誤碼後面四個參數，原則上是可以有比較大的機會找到問題所在，但許多的電腦問題是無法 100 % 解決的。
