【問題】OS 登入前出現這個警告訊息..微軟說謊...?

這是我最重灌之後出現的訊息.還是使用了幾天之後才出現的 (警告視窗出現在登入前)
不知是如訊息所說.還是惡意軟體的惡作劇
因為重灌之前也是用這個os但並不會如此...

若要說電腦有何異常的話...
就是上網比以前慢(有明顯感覺).關機也比較久(以前約25秒.現在要50秒)

附註:電腦使用 KAV 7.0 / Windows Defender / 內建防火牆
　　 前兩者為最新狀態.掃描無異常
　　 以a-squaredhttp://www.emsisoft.com/en/線上深度掃瞄也正常

有人知道這是什麼情形嗎...

終於找到原因了...
因為前幾天本人按照 "The Computer Protection Program (CPP)"
的"Checklist for Securing Windows XP Systems"
修改了OS,所以才會出現該訊息...

關鍵在這個步驟:

To elevate the level of security on your Windows XP system, apply the LBNL security template for Windows XP. Download this template from here. Place it in your system's c:\%systemroot%\security\templates directory with the name IT-SecureBaseline1.inf. Bring up a command prompt, cd to c:\%systemroot%\security\templates, and then enter:
secedit /configure /cfg IT-SecureBaseline1.inf /db %TEMP%\secedit.adb /log %TEMP%\seclog.txt /verbose

檢視該inf檔,可發現警告之訊息內容...


雖應無安全之虞,但為避免使用的心情不.美.麗...
本人還是毅然決燃地...再重灌一次!!!

so...現在開機40秒,關機7~8秒,還不必用的那摸"刺激"了...
