WJA 8.0 enhancements include:

- Supplies management consisting of the ability for Web Jetadmin to consolidate and assist in the reordering process in a predictive manner ensuring supplies will arrive just in time.
- Enhanced multi-vendor device support. HP Web Jetadmin has improved support for standard printer MIB devices including several new device alerts, diagnostics, and configuration options.
- Link directly to HP Instant Support for issue specific resolution, reference, troubleshooting, and diagnostics. Communicate online with a support specialist if needed.
