【求助】Motherboard can't recognize my HD!

Motherboard can't recognize my HD!

the motherboard can't recognize my hd, i plug it into primary master, the board shows that "Primary Master: None"!!! ><
i've tried another plug, ide cable , make it as slave drive and cable select, and plug the hd into another computer
But the other 1 can't recognize my hd too...........

Is my hd died????
Is there anyway to recover my disk?
(i don't mind the data inside is deleted/formatted, but i really need the hd recovered!)

my motherboard: asus cusl2-c (bios 1.06A)
HD:IBM deskstar 61.4 GB (model: IC35L060AVVA07-0)

If more info. is need, i will add immediately!
Plx help me, i am in great need!

I surf this many times already
but as my cp is damaged, i could only log as GUEST
today i use my friend's cp to do it
IF you don't believe this, you can check the record..........
I DO have done this.

1.檢查一下你的jump或cable是否接對或設對.
2.由於你的板子蠻舊了,也有可能不支援六十G的hd.你可以寫mail去華碩問.(我猜是不支援)
3.你朋友的板子是否也不支援.找張確定可以支援的板子再測測吧.真的不行再把問題朝向你的hd吧.

更新其BIOS即可支援48bit HDD
