Greetings,

About using TelTel to call regular phone numbers, there is no cost to you as a caller. As for the receiver's side, the cost is similar to receiving other phone calls.
In other words, it depends on the receiver's calling plan.
One example is if you call a cell phone number, then the time both parties remain in conversaion will be considered as regular airtime by the cell phone service providers, thus deducted or charged based on the receiver's calling plan.
TelTel is very serious about individual user privacy.
PC-to-phone test is now temporarily made available our users as a means to show our appreciation for your support.
Under no circumstance will we seek to charge you fees without
notification, announcement, or your personal authorization.

During the Beta test release period, your calls to phone numbers will be unlimited, and we would like you to join in our efforts to improve the software by informing us of technical problems that you might encounter during your usage.

In the future, we might need to impose certain necessary
restrictions on usage to ensure all users
would enjoy equally good audio quality.

看了TelTel寄給我的回覆之後，不管市內電話、國際電話、手機皆要付費(還好我沒打國際電話~@@")，各位請注意，這不是完全免費，我們打是不用錢，但付錢的是"受話方"，還要TelTel也提到Under no circumstance will we seek to charge you fees without notification, announcement, or your personal authorization. 有關付費或收取費用是不需經過你的同意或通知你，
所以少打一點囉！^^"

我有再寫信問TelTel有關付費與否的問題，當然可以轉貼，但麻煩請您註明，還不是完全的確定免費，有網友看到我寫信給TelTel的信後，覺的可能我的詢問方法有誤，因此也請大家先確定有用TelTel的網友收到這個月的帳單後，看是否有無增額外的通話費用！若有造成各位網友誤解的地方，在此說聲抱歉。

TelTel的講法應該是就和一般的電話一樣吧!
但怎麼中文會解釋成這樣???

因為不管是市話、手機、網路電話...
撥給美國的行動電話,行動電話的收話方都要付費...(比撥出去便宜一點)
但市話的收話方就不用錢了!

美國、大陸都是這樣,接聽行動電話也要錢,
而在台灣的手機聽電話則不用錢,費用完全由發話方負擔。
不同的國家有不同的計費方式。
因為這是美國的Cell Phone的計費方式,
不可能因為是從網路電話打來的,就讓Cell Phone的收話方免費。

昨天晚上撥了一通有響鈴未接通的電話,就再也撥不通了!

我勒,原來還是要付費,
我打了一些國際電話說,
不過現在打都打不出去了,可能是我打太多了吧,呵呵,

那這樣是不是打去國外的市話就不用錢了阿
不然打好多次了說@@
