中嘉 10M/1M(CM) 月費 800

以現階段來看
中嘉已經失去了競爭的優勢 (用戶數量大幅的成長,但是對Hinet和國外的寬頻卻沒有相對的提升)
且沒有固定IP & 上傳只有偽光纖的1半！

bb寬頻(Cable Modem)不僅BT軟體被限流的很嚴重
現在連網路速度測速也是很慘
難道台灣的MSO業者只知道要撈錢, 不想花錢建設嗎?
