【求助】norton antivirus 2004更新出現Lu1814不能更新
 

中文版norton antivirus 2004更新出現LU1814 就不能更新.請問是那邊問題??
怎解決??

不知道跟Sasser病毒有沒有關係？
我兩個朋友都是中了Sasser後，Norton Live 就出現如上錯誤??

我有碰過.你可以試著到--賽門鐵克 Homepage.(這是諾頓的台灣中文網站).利用手動方式下載更新.我是用這樣來更新的.
