終於在今天有第三方韌體可以使用了～

ASUS RT-N13 B1 有64MB的RAM，小蜂現在也在賣這一台~~~價錢是市售的2倍~2800元

這台刷了DD-WRT後不知道效能如何?

樓上大大可以提供刷的方式嗎?(這一台我也有買)

怕刷成磚，所以問個清楚怎麼刷，不燃變成磚要拆機又要TTL線，很麻煩

下面ABC看不董，希望好心大大能翻譯

1. Repeater Bridge wouldn't work at first

My fault - I only uploaded asus-to-ddwrt.trx, and didn't then upload the proper firmware.

2. 30/30/30 reset did not work

On the RT-N13U-B1, this puts the device into recovery mode - had to use "Reset to Factory Defaults" in the Web GUI instead.

3. Wireless channel was not synching with the main wireless router (NetComm NB6Plus4WN)

NetComm was originally on Auto, which didn't work. I set the NetComm to channel 6, but when DD-WRT is set to Repeater Bridge, the channel setting option disappears. DD-WRT chose strange channels - 11, 13, etc so I'm guessing it was still on Auto somewhere.

I got around this by setting the mode on the RT-N13U-B1 to AP, selecting channel 6, saving the settings, then selecting Repeater Bridge again and applying the settings.

4. RT-N13U-B1 was not staying connected to the NetComm device

Every minute, the Asus connection disappeared from my NetComm wireless clients list, before reconnecting. This resulted in sporadic "could not load page" errors and Xbox Live disconnects.

I figured out this was due to me adding the MAC address of the RT-N13U-B1 to the Repeater Clients list in my NetComm modem. The NetComm kept resetting the RT-N13U-B1 connection.

Once I removed the MAC address, the connection has been very stable.

5. Virtual Interface was not really necessary

At least, in my case, it was not. I just removed the virtual interface that the guide asked me to add, as I couldn't see the point of having to connect to the second profile of the repeater when the Asus default firmware could manage repeating on the same SSID fine.

Pretty bloody happy with this router and firmware combination at the moment. Was no where near as easy to set up as my WRT54Gv2 (which the RT-N13U-B1 replaced), but perseverance pays off in the end
