現在市面上的voip都是這樣的模式嗎?
網路不開會轉成市話?是接了一條市話線嗎?
所謂的網路電話互打是不是你給這台一個IP然後另一台也一個IP這2台靠網路
互通電話?
在下之前有接觸過sparq的voip，客戶申請2台一台要帶去國外
這樣是否就是打網內?免費的國際電話?
後來sparq換用別牌的voip
ip不能再任由客戶改只能在安裝時設定
這樣是否就不能像之前那台一樣打免費的國際電話?
