Some registry changes will not take effect unless taking the following actions:

1. Restart the computer.
2. Logoff and then logon.
3. Close explorer.exe in the task manager and reload it.

Can anyone find a program that will stop explorer.exe and then reload it?

會有這樣的想法，是因為要測試登錄檔的設定。不太可能每次套用一個設定，就要重新開機/登出，所以想找一個能夠重新載入 explorer.exe 的程式。

http://www.pczone.com.tw/vbb3/showthread.php?t=110765 似乎可以有這樣的效果，只要選擇想要關閉的 Process，接著 Kill App 就可以了。

除了少數的 windows 設定軟體外
目前還沒有看到有單獨重讀 explorer.exe 的程式
大多還是自己關掉 process 然後再自己執行吧，這用工作管理員就做得到

在 Win2000 的話，除非安裝了支援工具(或者複製了 kill.exe 檔案)，才可以使用下面的方法。

kill -f explorer.exe
start /wait /b explorer.exe

目前網路上並沒有看到修改登錄檔以後
不用重新開機就可以全部重新載入的程式
(有些機碼不用重新開機就有效的除外...)
所以可能還是只有你說的那幾種方式吧~~
