Dear Customer,
Do the following:
Windows XP
1.) Click on Start.
2.) Click on Run.
3.) Type in regedit, Click ok.
4.) Once in the registry editor, locate the following keys below, right click each key and then, click delete.
· HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\services\Winsock
· HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\services\Winsock2
NOTE: to get to these folders click on the plus sign next to each folder to expand the branch
5.) Click yes to confirm deletion. Restart the computer.
6.) Click start.
7.) Click on Control Panel.
8.) Open Network Connections.
9.) Right click Local Area Connection.
10.) Left click Properties.
11.) Click Install.
12.) Click Protocol.
13.) Click Add
14.) Click Have Disk.
15.) Type C:\Windows\inf or C:\Winnt\inf and, click OK.
16.) On the Protocol list click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP). Click OK. Restart the Computer.
