I've got a question:
What does THIS AGP CARD DOESN'T SUPPORT LCD DISPLAY mean?
Does that mean I can't use LCD with that AGP card even I install the LCD driver???

what display card do you use on computer?
this is so important!
If you use ASUS,you may be find out new driver.

Not all AGP display card can support LCD monitor
unfortunately, it seems your card can't support

Solutins
1. Contact your display card manufactor try to get new driver
2. Replace a new display card, ATI and Matrox (G400, G450) are recommanded
