Here's a little CMD file to slipstream hotfixes into a windows source. For Windows2000, it slipstreams IE6SP1, IE6 type 1 and type 2 hotfixes, W2K type 1 and type 2 hotfixes, and the MDAC update without the need for a svcpack folder (except for directx9). For WindowsXP, it slipstreams the type 1 critical updates without the need for a svcpack folder.

The instructions are in the attached zip file, along with some INF files to complete the installation. Also, if you are into directx9, you have to put a repacked directx9c package that is run and you can specify what "silent" switch you need. The rest is automated.

If you want to run windows2000, you need FDV's (www.vorck.com) sfc and setupapi files. If you plan on running NLITE on the source, you do not need FDV's files.

Once the file is run, it will create a fully slipstreamed source in a folder called SOURCESS.

EDIT Feb 19, 2005 Updated download & Update infs
Now includes a user selectable switch for your directx9c installers.

Edit Feb 20, 2005 Added download to integrate XP critical updates. No XP INF files have been compiled yet.

Edit Feb 25, 2005. Lots of changes, added instructions for how to use the CMD file. (FYI...file was download 200 times)

Edit Mar 27, 2005. Removed the need for XP files to slipstream IE6/OE6/WAB6. (FYI... file was downloaded 74 times)

Edit Apr 2, 2005. Corrected some of the code for HF2, added in service pack cab corrections, improved instructions, corrected bug that the electrician found. Experimental with XP at this point (haven't gotten around to test it). (FYI... file was downloaded 12 times)

Edit Apr 3, 2005 - Corrected some instruction files when running Nlite. XP hotfix integration seems to work now.
