【求助】移除Norton Anti Virus2004

想移除Norton Anti Virus2004
但在"新增移除"無法把它除去
它的光碟也沒有提供移除程式
請教各位網友有何方法可除掉Norton Anti Virus2004，謝謝！

報告一下移除過程:
在官方網頁提議用"新增移除"去刪除Norton Anti Virus2004
但我卻不能在"新增移除"把Norton Anti Virus2004刪除
而官方網頁提供的移除程式也只for Norton Anti Virus2003
for Norton Anti Virus2004 無效
唯有想formet重裝windows
想起用"超級兔子"試試
終於把Norton Anti Virus2004L行移除
但卻令系統無法正常操作
最後裝另一版本Norton system works 2003令系統回復正常
