請問有哪位大大知道是哪家isp的嗎??
另外..這與"61.13.221.154"這個ip有沒有關聯呢??
會不會是同一家的動態ip..
因為同學被盜用帳號..所以想了解一下..

還在研究怎麼用這站..
不過根據在bbs站上的觀察..
似乎是英普達寬頻網路..
盜用者也確認了..
唉~這種事情真是傷感情..
