【求助】lite on燒錄失敗....

原本用AOPEN的燒錄機都很正常...
結果要幫我姊買壹台燒錄機時.去買LITEON48*24*48的回來.燒MP3到一半卻一直顯示communcation failure.對燒也是一樣不行...
去跟老板換了一台還是一樣.....
他說是主機板設定的問題.(他講一個啥 "阿 彳ㄨㄚˋ DMA"沒開啟...這是從哪裡開啟啊??)..我不了解...為何裝AOPEN就可以.裝LITEON就不行...
我有重新灌過它附的NERO及上網更新LITEON韌體.驅動程式..卻都不行@@
