【求助】win2000無法開機，出現藍底白字

請問一下，在跑win2000啟動畫面時，跳到一個藍底白字的畫面並顯示以下訊息：

PROCESS1_INITALIZATION_FAILED

請問這樣的訊息是什麼問題呢？
我按F8想以上次開機模式以及進入安全模式的方式都還是跳到這個錯誤訊息><

STOP: 0x0000006B (parameter, parameter, parameter, parameter) PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED

　　The PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED bug check has a value of 0x0000006B. This indicates that the Windows initialization failed.

Parameters
　　The following parameters are displayed on the blue screen.

　　Parameter Description
　　1 The NT status code that caused the failure
　　2 Reserved
　　3 Reserved
　　4 Reserved

Cause
　　This error can be caused by any part of the disk subsystem, including bad disks, bad or incorrect cables, mixing different ATA-type devices on the same chain, or drives that are not available due to hardware regeneration.

　　It can also be caused by a missing file from the boot partition, or by a driver file that has been disabled from the Drivers tab by mistake.

Explanation:
　　This is a Windows 2000 Executive character-mode STOP message. Phase 1 process initialization failed. This can only happen during the relatively short period of time that the Windows 2000 Executive is being initialized, during phase 4 of Windows 2000 startup. There might be a problem with a device driver.

User Action:
　　If this is the first time you have booted after installing new hardware, remove the hardware and boot again. Check the Microsoft Hardware Compatibility List to verify that the hardware and its drivers are compatible with Windows 2000. For information about the hardware, contact the supplier. If you are installing Windows 2000 for the first time, check the Windows 2000 system requirements, including the amount of RAM and disk space required to load the operating system. Also, check the Hardware Compatibility List to verify that the system can run Windows 2000. If Windows 2000 is loaded and no new hardware has been installed, reboot with recovery options set to create a dump file. If the message continues to appear, select the Last Known Good option when you reboot. If there is no Last Known Good configuration, try using the Emergency Repair Disk. If you do not have an Emergency Repair Disk, contact your technical support group.

1. 安裝 Windows 2000 Support Tools，看 Error and Event Messages 中 STOP 的 Kernel 部分。但此部份只包括主要的部份，不是很完整。

2. 去 www.microsoft.com 左上角的搜尋，打入錯誤代碼，譬如 0x0000006B。
