開機時為什摸 starting httpd： [FAILED] ????

我的電腦在開機時httpd開不起來，出現如下訊息：
starting httpd： [FAILED]

然後在開機後進入GNOME之前會出現下列錯誤的訊息：

could not look up internet address for linux.balin.idv.tw.
This will prevent GNOME from operation correctly.
it may be possible to correct the problem by adding
linux.balin.idv.tw to the file /etc/hosts

[Try again] [coutinue]


然後開機之後，我去檢查 vi /etc/hosts這個檔

[root@linux /root]# vi /etc/hosts
# Do not remove the following line, or various programs
# that require network functionality will fail.
127.0.0.1 linux localhost.localdomain localhost


這代表什摸意義呢？我要如何改才會正常呢？
註：我是用adsl計時制adsl所以先開機，才能去adsl-start之後才能捉到ip， 是不是這會有什摸影響呢？

find / -name httpd.conf -print
找到 httpd.conf
找 DocumentRoot (網站根目錄, 看看是否存在)
找 ServerName 它設定的名稱或 IP 對嗎 ?

改成這樣試試......老實說我ㄝ不知有沒用死馬當活馬醫ㄅ
