結果我把自動重新關閉....
看他顯示的訊息....
各位大大能幫我解釋一下ㄇ??
看是到底哪邊出問題了.....

Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safe Advanced starup Options, and then Select safe Mode.
