DHCP疑問

FreeBSD6.1版上架設DHCP Server
會出現以下錯誤訊息

Can't bind to dhcp address: Address already in use
Please make sure there is no other dhcp server
running and that there's no entry for dhcp or
bootp in /etc/inetd.conf. Also make sure you
are not running HP JetAdmin software, which
includes a bootp server.

想請教該如何解決？

p.s使用上基本上都正常，會派發，會NAT，
這訊息是在Webmin 1.290中當我更改設定按下套用變更後…套用變更按鈕就會不見，變成下方出現啟動DHCP按鈕，再按啟動DHCP按鈕，就會出現不能啟動及以上訊息，但…所有服務都正常…很奇怪，而且，重開機後，套用變更按鈕就會再出現…實在…不知該如何是好…

Can't bind to dhcp address: Address already in use
Please make sure there is no other dhcp server
running and that there's no entry for dhcp or
bootp in /etc/inetd.conf.

先關掉再重啟動應該就不會看到這個訊息了...
