【顯示卡】8800GTX散熱改裝抓狂記
..這張8800GTX顯示卡..之前送修就耗掉4個月..:jump2: ..一整個過程只有一個字..趕..不說也吧..XD..
..話說回來..88系列顯示卡的溫度..還真它奶奶的熱啦..原場風扇就待機高達53度..全速3DMark測試更可飆到80多度..:rolleyes: ..而且還吵到不行..風扇降速..馬上當給你看..機車咧..
..改.改.改..這是一定要的啦..嘻嘻..說實在的..若是它沒那麼熱..偶也是不會放過它的啦..:fd: ..一樣要改..手賤..
使用散熱器..Thermalright HR-03 Plus
改裝過程介紹

..把原廠散熱器拆下先..保存好..

..把Thermalright HR-03 Plus 先裝上去..還有顯示晶片散熱片也先給裝上..

..接下來處理記憶體和電源處理晶片散熱片黏貼表面..原因..有沒有看到它的中心是凹進去的..先磨平它..

..這個動作粉重要..以我購買使用經驗..市售黏貼式散熱片..大都有這個問題..

..先用粗沙紙磨平後..再用細沙紙拋光..如此就可以緊密黏貼在晶片表面..確保散熱效能..

..將3M導熱膠貼上..

..黏貼前先將護紙撕去..用吹風機加熱至有些燙手..此舉是要讓導熱膠軟化..當黏貼上晶片表面時..加壓可讓導熱膠確實滲入晶片表面..加強貼附力..

..黏貼完成..提醒一點..黏貼前晶片表面要確實清潔乾淨..不能有油污灰塵..不能打混喔..

..繼續安裝風扇..可別小看電源處理晶片與顯示晶片的溫度..被燙到過的才知道..:o ..又是一個字..趕..

..9公分藍光靜音扇..將GPU產生的熱度從Thermalright HR-03 Plus散熱鰭片帶走..

溫度測試篇...繼續抓狂..:king:
..怎麼一整個過程就是不順啦..快氣死了..暈..還暈了好幾次..:eye:
..測試中..顯示卡預設時脈中表現..一個字..爽..:)
..嘿嘿..接下來當然好好超它囉..先小超一下..哇咧..螢幕花了..喔..不想形容了啦..:abuse:
..接下來惡夢開始..更換N次驅動..重灌3次..又分解兩次顯示卡重新組裝..結果..口吐白沫..還是暈..:mummy: ..沒力氣..趕..它了啦..
..怎麼可能..我經過各種交叉測試..確定硬體沒問題..怎麼會這樣..一超頻就花屏..:rolleyes: ..就這樣..傻傻的看著螢幕..不斷測試找問題..:confused:
..忽然間..想到之前有另一片8800GTX測試資料..就把它找出來比對參考一下..就這樣無意看著看著..猛然發現..:eek: ..電壓..電壓啦..發現到數值中電壓的差異很大..
..嗯..這時心中有數了..電源供應器有問題..想起前輩们的文章與提醒..好..試著更換電容先..;)
