【求助】不知道網路出了什麼問題？

小弟一直以來都有在跑UD的習慣（當然也順便養養動物），但最近這一兩個星期以來UD開始連不上SEVER，無法下載新的任務運算，而UD官網的程式也無法下載，不知道是什麼問題？

我曾經有請別人去試過連UD的官網下載運算程式後安裝並下載任務，用HINET的的是正常的，而我的就不行（我的ISP是SONET 2m/256），但瀏覽網頁跟跑動物軟體都正常，還有MSN偶爾會連不上去，必須重新登入個幾次才OK...

個人是懷疑ISP的問題，但是沒辦法把電腦搬到別人家去測試，所以殘念...
可否請各位提供一下大概的方向讓小弟去試看看...謝謝...
