【求助】SO-NET線路老是縮水......

有裝SO-NET的大大請問一下,不知道你們的線路會不會動不動就縮水,然後寫信去反應後隔天就會復原,但是過幾天後又會再故態復萌啊?口說無憑,附上PING值:

漏封包,打電話去罵,要他限期改善,不然就要扣月費,把資料留下來,告訴他要找媒體幫你討公道,要客服找他上司跟你聯絡,我們是消費者,我們要應有的權益。

這問題我也碰過幾次.以前我還是中華電信1.5/384計時用戶時(今年2月時已轉為SO-NET 1.5/384 固1正常使用中).我試過合我朋友交換使用連線帳號和密碼.只要使用我這條線路連線上去就會有問題.所以我就打中華的客服電話.結果們告訴我們測試都正常(挖勒!)所以就幫我報修ㄋ.結果早上六點起床想說試試看.就以恢復正常ㄋ(每次都是凌晨或隔天就恢復正常ㄋ).後來一有同樣問題時我就會和朋友交換連線帳號和密碼來測試就果都是一樣的問題打ㄋ兩三次客服電話都是一樣.到最後我都懶的打ㄋ.所以因該是電路的問題和isp無關.你今天試試看吧.應該恢復正常ㄋ.
