Dear all:

I have a client w2k professional computer want to join a w2k server. The server which add computer name in AD. I can ping the server from client but I cant ping client from server.

I try to join domain from client, but it alert me "Cant find any network path." Although I cant ping client computer, I can use "Net view" to see share of client, also can browse from my network place. Anyone can help me or give me a hint on join domain ?

in the client computer, check the dns setting of the tcpip configuration.
you may set the wrong dns ip so that client can't join the domain.
