我的xp會出現藍色畫面!!

有時上上網,就會出現藍色畫面(部是只有在上網的時候,我的寬頻是一直在線上)!藍色畫面出現半秒後就自動重開機,我也到Windows Update把所有的更新檔都灌過,但情況沒有改善?最近都沒有換硬體!!xp是好久以前灌的,這種情形都是不固定出現....有時在上網....有時在跑程式...,所有驅動程式都有安裝!!我都沒有超頻,之前都沒有這個問題!!最近開始才會,我的記憶體是創見DDR256MB!!我的Bios是最新版的!!

會不會是記憶體的問題?我懷疑是!!

主機板:ASUS P4B266
記憶體:創見256MB 2條
CPU:P4 1.8

出現的藍色畫面只顯示半秒,而且是突發性,根本來不及看!!就自動重開機了??
