FTTH光纖到府申請紀錄
等待天數約3年
99年時就已經拉好，但卻一拖再拖。
101年我才發現光纜。
101年一發現後開始進行申請，卻無法申請要申速度到60M卻只能到20M。
102年8月時可以跑到最高速率60M，但還是FTTB不是光纖，且又跑2條電話線。
102年10月時開始申請光纖100M結果碰壁。
102年12月時有看到中華委外工程人員在拉光纜，想說100M離我不遠了。
103年3月在申請時也是無法申請，說是該路段沒有光纖，且人孔蓋埋深不能挖要再等。
103年9月到中華窗口辦事，順便問光纖進度窗口說已經建設約2～3各月，結果12月在確認又不行，想說要放棄了。
104年4月中再申訴一次，結果過2天有行銷說我們這邊可以裝，我想說終於到我了。
104年4月16日申請光纖100M。
104年4月18日派外包工程師來安裝，卻又發現沒有光點，於是退單在查，
104年4月18日下午中華人員有來看線路
104年4月22日在派外包工程師再來一次卻一樣沒光點，我想說先拉光纜到室內，卻說如果都沒光點，拉光纖也沒用畢竟光纜成本高。
104年4月27日又派外包工程師再來一次卻一樣沒光點，且就沒聯絡我了想說又要在等很久。
104年4月30日夜班下班回來準備睡覺，卻聽到電信人孔蓋有該的聲音，於是我就好奇一看原來沒有光點就是人孔蓋裡光纖通通溶接錯誤，且光纜也放錯路口所以就全部重拉重接，聽說重拉的那條光纖到人孔蓋花快100萬。
104年5月1日也就是勞動節下班回來準備睡覺時，外包工程師再來一次，測量後有光點信號了，想說終於可以完成了，我幫他拉光纖到住家，光纖頭全做好並插上光纖數據機，卻….紅燈一直亮，工程師打去公司說沒有問題，說是不是數據機或是光纖電纜有問題，經檢查電纜沒問題剪掉光纖接頭再重接，也沒問題（光纖頭市價200元），後更換第二台數據機結果也一樣，所以工程師在跑去光化箱卻….發現光纖系統與原本單上的系統，不一樣更換另一台不同型號的數據機，說應該就OK，因為單子錯誤有更換系統，說要再跑流程又卡在，5/1勞動節所有人放假所以又要等到5/4日才會完成。
以上同一個工程師來快10次不知道他會不會心情不好
104年5月4日查詢進度。
104年5月6日中午時報竣工後開始測試網路。
