剛又試了一下。真是被打敗了。原來是我使用固定ip 那個網段特別慢
也就是帳號 [email protected] 這種撥接的

只要放棄那個固定ip ，使用動態的 [email protected] 這種撥接就正常多了

traceroute gmail 不再破百了

反應給 hinet 說我的固IP 連到 google 系統會有問題，尤其是經過了
某顆 hinet router 之後非常明顯，其他動態ip 則正常(還沒試出例外)

hinet 在兩天整timeout 失聯後，經過我的熱心跟催後，給我兩大回覆

一：那是屬於「訊號問題」(謎之音，那前面六個節點沒問題是看到阿飄了嗎)
二：那顆router 雖屬於 hinet 但由於屬於界接，所以只有一半的控制權，至於變慢的部份，完全是google 的問題，和本公司無關(謎之音，都是阿谷歌的陰謀就是了)

針對第二個題答，我就問hinet 工程師，那顆router 屬於你們的資財，且上頭的回應值不就代表我用戶端和那個路由器之間的回應值。從這顆就變慢了，是不是代表你的遠端設備到我這端變慢。而該工程師則非常有智慧的，答非所問，扯別的事去了。

那麼我隨便撥動態的ip 都不會遇到反應值破百的情形。也是見到阿飄嗎

或是google 那天和你們的連線慢。也可以說那顆router 是和hinet 界接的，只有一半的控制權。一切都是 hinet 的問題。和本公司無關囉。

扯了一推，也沒有想幫用戶解決問題的熱忱，還是我提醒他，各說各話沒意義
請幫我換個你們試過沒問題的ip 給我當固ip 即可。

我不過是想在你們能力權限範圍內。都客戶解決問題而已。更何況我的證據還這麼清楚。你們還在扯別的事。

話說回來。我針對hinet 工程師對那個 203.75.135.38 的那顆router 說法覺得有問題，但是小弟才疏學淺，直覺是他在鬼扯，不知道各位大大先進，有何見解。可以賜教，以供補正，感謝。

hinet 工程師同意換可以正常google 一下的ip 給我後，目前解決了。:heart:
不過要這樣客訴，挺煩的。真的是希望hinet 連到 google 能比照一般其他 isp 辦理，如 seednet giga twm apol 等等 都能快速 google 一下..:lovely:

不過前陣子修電腦時有順便測了一下，
發現HINET非固定制的好像沒這麼慘耶？
怎麼固定制的反而比較鳥啊？

我是之前機房維修沒有事先通知會換IP，結果維修完了發現VPN、SERVER連不上，去查了一下才知道固定IP被換掉了，且是換了一個網段，原本的網段連GOOGLE都蠻順的，結果換了新的網段漫到不行，打電話去客服問，克服一直跟我推說跟IP網段沒有關係，我是跟他說我原本IP用得好好的，結果沒有通知就把IP換掉，換了這個新的IP後GOOGLE服務慢的跟什麼一樣，他才說要幫我跟骨幹那邊的工程師反應，就這樣等了幾天，修外線的師傅也跑來查線，查修師父跟我說我的線路沒有問題，隔了兩天後，承辦我這個問題的客服回電給我了，問我有沒有在設備旁，要我重新連線，因為他們幫我換回我原先那個網段的IP，要我試一下，果然很順~~~，客服說，不能去網頁更改IP模式，不然IP又會跳回會變慢的那個網段

看來你遇到跟我一樣狀況了

1. 固定制部份網段IP連google反而比較差
2. 部分HINET網段的IP向HINET DNS(168.95.1.1)查詢www.google.com會回覆Google香港的IP(64.233.189.x])
但使用168.95.192.1這台DNS就正常

第一個狀況HINET回說

用戶反應使用固定制網段，連線至美國google伺服器速度緩慢之問題，經測試是因為目前該伺服器所屬ISP連往HiNet頻寬較擁擠所致，HiNet會與所屬ISP討論頻寬互連事宜，以改善用戶連線品質。

問他為何有些非固定制的反而正常，還沒回覆。


第二個狀況反映好幾次了，HINET客服不知道是看不懂還是找炮灰擋著隨便回回，
每次都說是Google設定的關係
但是問他168.95.192.1這台怎麼不會有這問題，也回不出來。
