免費的繪圖軟體小弟用過買掃描器附送的PhotoImpact, 不過檔案體積有夠誇張, 近期試用過Pixia, 但並不順手, 改用carloschen 網友推薦的Artweaver, 似乎還不錯, 現在意外發現Paint.NET 似乎也很受歡迎, 缺點就是需要.NET Framework 2.0 以上, 反正小弟也已經裝了CDBurnerXP, 所以也就不在意
