我目前是用Draytek vigor 2600V ,請問2600V是否能有效控管頻寬,p2p,foxy的速度,我室友竟同時用2台筆電都開24小時瘋狂下載,講也講不聽所以請問該如何設定並控制它的內部ip 192.168.1.13的頻寬,麻煩各位幫忙,謝謝
