【求助】公司IP被 sorbs列入黑名單 請問該如何解?

寄給國外對方的信都會被退信 並會有以下訊息
收件者的電子郵件伺服器發生了 SMTP 通訊問題。請連絡您的系統管理員。
<"公司domain name"#5.5.0 smtp;554 Service unavailable; Client host
[公司IP] blocked using dul.dnsbl.sorbs.net; Dynamic IP Addresses

但是明明公司IP用的是固定啊 :confused: 只是沒昇請反解而已
上了sorbs網站看 查了半天還是弄不出該如何解掉黑名單~

不然就是問了一堆問題後 還是也只查的到被列黑名單的IP資訊之類~~

請問有誰可幫忙解惑一下 該如何解呢??
該不會真的要換ip吧~ :eek:

我也有在sorbs 註冊了
這頁面上面那個有填過了 問題都有照實填 但最後出現的也只是類似資訊查詢的頁面而已 以小弟普普的英文程度實在看不出該如何解說? :confused:

Note: This lookup is taken from the global DNS servers, so if you have just delisted your host it will still show as being listed - it can take upto 48hours to expire from this page.

Similarly, if a host has just been listed it will take at least 60 minutes to show up on this lookup page. For current and accurate database information you should use the Database Lookup page.

Removal from the SORBS Dynamic IP databases is free, it requires a little patience and the ability to follow instructions.

From time to time the DUHL will need to be modified as ISP networks are changed. ISPs are invited to send changes to their address ranges listed.

Please use the 'Get Help' button on the previous page to submit change requests.

End Users, you may send submission requests, however please be aware you maybe asked to get your ISP to request the change.

General Rules are as follows:

The Regional Internet Registry (RIR) Point of Contact (POC) can request a listing or delisting of any address in his or her space. The only time this will be refused is when the Netblock information in the RIR or the rDNS indicates clearly the addresses are Dynamic in nature. (eg: 0.1.pool.example.com)

Anyone else may request delisting of addreses or netblocks providing reverse DNS (rDNS) is set to indicate static assignment. This is usually done by setting the PTR records to hosts that match the A and MX records for the domain residing there. Generic DNS records are generally considered dynamic, however generic static records are accepted when created with rDNS that contains the word "static" in the address. (eg: 0.1.static.example.com)

Note: All DNS RRs should have minimum TTLs of 12 hours - it is prefered that you set TTLs of 1 day - this is particually important with PTR records (and it makes sense to do this from a technical point of view).

以前我有弄過一次, 但那是大概8年前的事了吧...
那時的廣告信還沒那麼多, 所以比較容易解.
您上述貼的東東, 乍看之前好像得等2天吧...

還有一個可能, 就是要check一下您公司被退信件的標頭,
或許有透過別人家的proxy或SMTP server出去, 而"別人家"的IP是動態的...
假如真的是這樣的話, 就要看一下您公司mail server的設定囉

公司的mail server是自己架的 so並沒透過別人的proxy or smtp之類出去
但有聽別人說 sorbs可以用類似付費贊助 (好像月U$30)方式解? :confused:

不然就得直接mail去問囉....或乾脆換個ip好了~~

RBL是一種公信單位, 如果用這種方式收費的話實在太不應該...
1.你可以查你公司的IP網段其它段的IP是不是有被Block, 因為有些RBL會Block一整段C Class.
2.檢查自己的Mail Server 會不會被Relay.
3.看清楚那個RBL把你Block的原因, 是不是有附上從你公司寄出Spam的歷史記錄.
4.除了自己寫E-mail外, 如果是企業用戶, 請ISP代為處理也是一個方法, 雙管齊下, 會處理得快一點.

他會測試你的 mail server 被 relay 的情況有無改善
若沒有改善 (被 relay),你就要檢查你的 mail server 了
如果不會被 relay,它就會把你從它的黑名單中刪掉了

因試過很多 delist的 都是到最後還是變information查詢頁面...

問ISP是必要的丫,萬一是您的ISP被列入黑名單
有的ISP被拿來發廣告信..

那個$50美金是作慈善捐款的..
