無法開啟微軟所有網頁

電腦xp 單機關閉防毒，刪除果暫存檔，於區域連線和撥號連線設定過華信和台固dns ，仍無法正常解析到如下測試資訊. 也更改過ip網段，也無法解攜也換過電腦．不知大概是哪個問題，電路設定路由問題? 有可能是數據機問題嗎?因為轉isp前都是同台數據機，轉換後就無法開啟，更換過電腦無效．
