ADM5120 Data Sheet, Vcc(I/O) should be 3.3V.
You'll need RS232 converter or you can replace MAX3232CWE with MAX233A or Dallas DS276. Before continuing, you could find out the pin assignments to the upper right of the CPU. What you need are RXD/TXD/GND/3.3V, I think.
