Mobility Radeon 官方驅動更新法

使用介紹：
原則上就是把ATI官方的桌上型驅動程式下載下來後
1.用解壓縮的方式解出來<-不是雙擊滑鼠安裝哦！
2.然後打開此修改軟體，路徑指向剛剛解出來的檔案夾
3.選擇你的顯示卡型號
4.按下"Star mod"即可，接著就一直按確定，中間會問你要不要直接開啟修改好的檔案，進行安裝，可選擇要或不要！
5.不要的話，可以等想灌的時候，回到那個已經修改好的檔案夾內，雙擊ATI的安裝執行檔即可！

這樣就可以享受最新的ati driver了

最多有問題就灌回筆電原廠的嘛！！！

公司日前買了一台Asus M6BC6PDD的Notebook，其內建顯示卡為9700的，試了一下，發現可以安裝，但可能我是Server 2003的，所以重開機之後出現藍底白字的畫面，所以...沒關係，再試試。

Update 09/06/04: I've put v2.0b online which fixes the modding with the IGP series. So you should be able to install Catalyst 4.7 and beyond.

This program modifies certain files from the catalyst set so you can install the latest catalyst set on your laptop.

Here is some help...

First off all, you'll be needing a catalyst driver set. Get one from ATI or somewhere else.
Extract the downloaded catalyst file to wherever you want, just remember where.
It will also try to install the driver for your card but it will prompt saying INF not found.
That's where the this tool comes in.



When you start the Mod tool, it will automatically look for a folder called C:\ATI.
If it does not find the folder, you can manually specify the path to the extracted files.
Then, and this is new in comparison with previous versions, you should select your card from the listbox.
Once that is done, the button to start the mod will appear, let the monkey push the button!

Follow the instructions on screen from here on.
Your card should now be able to install with the catalyst set.

If for some reason the installer does not install you're card try the following:
Go to the device manager, select the currently installed card and choose update driver.
Select the option to display a list of devices.
Select HAVE DISK, and specify the files under C:\ati\support\...\driver\xxx.INF
if you extracted it to the default location that is.

使用2.0的來製作，還是無法在Windows 2003下運作，會出現藍底白字，顯示ati2diag.dll錯誤等等訊息，不知何時官網會推出2003的Drive呢？

我有試著裝過，可以裝，但是在「系統資訊」裡的「DirectX 診斷工具」裡的「顯示」裡的三個加速選項竟然都是變成停用，而且沒有辦法變成啟用！後來改用原廠較舊版的驅動程式後就可以了！有人有這種情形嗎？

我在IBM和華碩的Notebook上試都是如此！
