最近發現觀看Justin.tv實況的時候，Lag很嚴重
使用的是中華電信光世代10M/2M+MOD
有試過不接MOD也沒有改善，小烏龜的型號是P-870H

很多hinet用戶都反應觀看Justin.tv會lag..
所以不是你的機器有問題,數值都沒啥問題..
單純是hinet問題...
但我覺得是Justin.tv的問題比較大..

連國外速度慢的話，先用固定IP或者設proxy來試試看，
如果狀況還沒有改善的話，可直接跟中華客服反應，
客服會請你提供 tracert資料，看看還有沒有改善的空間。

剛剛試過Proxy+固定IP，感覺還是很慘…:|||:

鎖PING 是很奇怪的說法
應該說該主機(或主機前router?) 會把ICMP echo block或drop


這trace還是有一定的參考價值
(雖然連上各頻道不一定是走相同的路徑)
