大家好!我前天安裝了Norton 的完整版軟件，但updata 唔到病毒的定義(definition)...它出的 error 是"LiveUpdate was unable to install any of the 1 updates that you selected. All available updates were selected."我在這之前曾安裝過試用版，不知有沒有關係?請問有沒有解決方法呢?!請各位高手賜教!

I have try to do so ga la...But the result is I still can't install the defintion .....I don't know what problem has been happened..

我曾遇過 LiveUpdate 找不到區域網路而無法上線，就算你已經連上網路，仍然無法上線安裝，後來重新ＩＮＳＴＡＬＬ，而且取消安裝結束立即線上更新，就沒問題了。

你的情形應該是Live Update能夠下載更新資訊，
但要下載病毒定義就停頓或是下載到一半逾時對嗎？


建議你先排除網路的問題，Ping "a16.g.akamai.net"
這個位置(Symantec 更新病毒定義檔的FTP，好像還有
a2, a6, a8...)如果發生Time out，就是Symantec Server
或是你的網路的問題，如果Ping的到又不能下載，
再考慮把Live Update移除重裝。
