【求助】How to change user interface in RedHat?

I Have got a problem when I finished installation of Red Hat Linux 8.0,
I wrongly choosed the region to Chinese(Hong Kong)since I believe that It will be a Chinese Character-Based interface.
But I found problems now, I cannot understand the description of all applications in Linux properly.....I am a new user of Linux system...^.^"
So:
1..Can I switch from current English interface to Chinese interface?
If so, how?
2..How can I type Chinese in Linux? Since I cannot type Chinese right now, I cannot type and search the related topics...sorry..

如果當初你有安裝繁體語系：

# export LANG=zh_TW.Big5

如果當初你有沒有裝繁體語系：

If the file is executable, you can double clicks under XWindow environment. Otherwise, just type its name under the console mode.

I guess the executable files are usually blue colored.
