【新聞】捷星亞洲航空低價切入台灣，飛往新加坡觀光多種選擇

新加坡籍捷星亞洲航空 (Jetstarasia)低價進軍台灣，17日飛機首航，台北飛往新加坡只要1788元，民眾的反應不錯，業者也公開內裝，不過票價沒有包含餐點服務，有不少民眾還自備零食。此外，捷星航空以網上訂位為主，如果透過旅行社訂位，每個單程必須另外付手續費新台幣150元。

17日有大批的民眾湧入中正機場的櫃檯，他們都購買了捷星航空低價機票，準備飛到新加坡渡假；由於機票低廉一趟只要1788元，機上的餐飲都要自行付費，精打細算的民眾還有人自備零食，好像要去遠足。

低價航空的內裝究竟如何？當我們實際進入機艙發現，捷星航空的客機採用A320空中巴士，一共有180個座位，比一般航空公司的同機型多隔出30個座位，但空間變的比較窄，走道也比較小。

不過因為票價低廉，這一點似乎還可以忍受，而民航局長張國政也呼籲消費者，撿便宜時也要注意消費品質，畢竟羊毛出在羊身上。

飛機上一共有5位空服員，雖然沒供餐，但旅客還是能自費點餐，一分套餐約160元，一杯飲料大約40元，都還算平價。捷星亞洲營運總監柯菲亞提斯 (Con Korfiatis)表示，一週之後機票恢復正常價格，未來台北－新加坡航線每天都會提供單程2350元的最低價機票。據了解，而為迎接捷星航空的挑戰，新加坡航空推出位數有限的來回1688元的促銷機票，時間至明年3月底；華航也將於近日推出促銷案。

- This Booking is non-refundable. Cancellations at any time or failure to show up for the flight at least 40 minutes prior to scheduled departure will result in the fare being forfeited.
- Changes to date or time can be made to your Booking if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time by phoning the Jetstar Asia Call Centre, or at the airport, or through the Jetstar Asia Internet web site at www.jetstarasia.com. Passenger name changes are not permitted. Your new fare will be at least the price of the original fare and may be more. This fare difference must be paid when your Booking is changed. Charges will apply.
- Changes via Internet (date or time changes only): S$20 (or equivalent in your local currency) per Passenger per flight segment will be charged for date or time changes, together with the difference between the original fare paid and the fare for the revised Booking made through the Internet. Note: only Bookings initially made via the Internet can be changed via the Internet.
- Changes via the Jetstar Asia Call Centre, or at the airport: A S$30 (or equivalent in your local currency) change fee per Passenger per flight segment will be charged for date or time together with the difference between the original fare paid and the fare for the revised Booking made through the Jetstar Asia Call Centre or at the airport.
