我是用HINET ADSL 2M/128K
在掛EMULE的時候 上傳只要開到8K以上
開網頁的速度就明顯變慢
請問一下 這是正常情形嗎?
我知道上傳滿載時下載會變慢 可是我連10K都開不到
這太誇張了吧...
