請各位大大幫幫忙，不知是否有人知道有哪些國家是使用PPTP上網的，
或是可提供小弟我這方面的資料，謝謝各位的幫忙。

　　VPN 是另外用軟體或硬體來設定 client / server 兩端的吧！和國家有關係嗎？

這不是哪個國家有使用的問題
而是兩部機器溝通之間要跑什麼安全機制的問題
目前PPTP還是有人用的(我記得windows的RAS server就支援它的)
目前PPTP好像逐漸不被討論重視了,而被VPN,IPSEC..更安全的機制所取代了
以上只是我的感覺啦,沒有科學依據的

　　應該是說 PPTP 可能會被 L2TP 所取代吧！後者是使用 IPSec，安全性大幅提昇。兩者都是 VPN 啦！

可是要用L2TP不是下架設CA SERVER,我覺得有一點麻煩.還是乖乖用PPTP好了.

PPTP
Your ISP requires the PPTP protocol to connect you to the Internet. Your ISP should provide all the information required in this section.
需要填入
IP Address：This is the IP address that your ISP has given you to
establish a PPTP connection.
Subnet Mask：Enter the Subnet Mask provided by your ISP
Gateway：Enter the IP address of the ISP Gateway
User ID、Password
PPTP Gateway：If your LAN has a PPTP gateway, then enter that PPTP gateway IP address here. If you do not have a PPTP gateway then enter the ISP’s Gateway IP address above

聽說荷蘭好像是用這種方式上網，不知是否還有其他國家也是如此？

就我所知，奧地利也是有用PPTP的方式來撥接上網，
至於有沒有PPPoE我不太清楚，目前所知，歐洲應該有些地區利用PPTP的方式來撥接上網
